Our AGM is coming up on Wednesday 19th January at 7pm, followed at 7.30pm by a talk and discussion with Roger Patterson about the wisdom of beekeeping with local bees, and how associations can help their members with this. We'll be sending out Zoom links for that shortly.

Our members have also been invited by New Forest & District Beekeepers to a talk next Thursday 13th January at 7.30pm by Jane Medwell, in support of their initiative to encourage beekeepers' participation in education. Jane is Associate Professor in Education, author, lecturer, master beekeeper and Chair of Warwick and Leamington Beekeepers. She will talk about the opportunities available to us within the BBKA Module and Assessment system, dispel the myths and fears we may have and to answer any questions. You can find the Zoom link at the top our links page, here.

Ulster Beekeepers have an interesting series of talks coming up, and have forwarded their flyer, here.

Finally, a reminder that other beekeeping talks and other events are advertised at https://beekeeping.events.
